Booty busting workout

I’m a big fan of Zuzana’s workouts and wanted to try some thing new yesterday. This is the workout that has rendered me practically unable to walk today. I think my butt is broken.

Step forward in a deep lunge with your right leg, making sure the back knee almost touches the floor. Bring the back leg back to standing. Repeat deep lunge with left leg, then return to standing.

Open legs hips width apart and jump back with both feet, four times.

Bend down put both hands on the floor, shoulder width apart. with feet together, now jump both feet back and in, stand up and jump up. This is also known as a half Burpee[without the press up]

Repeat these three moves 30 times.

Lie on you back, elevate your hips of the floor, raise one leg and do 15 dips on each leg. Repeat.

Get a high step or chair. Step up with right leg, rais the left leg to 90 degrees, step the left leg back down. Repeat 15 time on each leg. Repeat again.

Stand against a wall in a squat. Raise one leg out in front of you. Hold for 30sec. Repeat on other leg for 30 sec. Repeat on both legs again for 30 sec each.

This is a killer workout. It really works the butt and hamstrings.
